I hope many folks get the opportunity to see these 2 videos. Forging bonds among the farmers and the other community stakeholders is such an important building block for enabling potentially sustainable microeconomies. The beauty is that a continuum of successful microeconomies may be the grass roots component to a healthy larger economy with healthier people. There is also an unmeasured benefit of a society that participates in growing its food, nurturing its natural resources and including all residents in the process. We can surely improve our collective self-esteem by incorporating local agriculture in our every day lives.
