Many thanks for the generous $10,000 grant from the Community Endowment of Lexington (CEL), an endowed fund of the Foundation for MetroWest. This grant will help ensure the sustainability of LexFarm as a community resource where residents of all ages and abilities can access locally grown produce and education about farms and conservation. The grant will allow LexFarm to retain consulting services for board development, create a business plan for long-term planning, and establish an analytics dashboard to help manage the farm, the community-supported agriculture program and the SNAP/EBT program.

LexFarm will use the grant from CEL to hire a management consultant with experience advising for-profit and non-profit organizations, including other community farms. The LexFarm board thanks  Community Endowment of Lexington for their support of our mission.
