These classes are regularly offered in the fall.

Animal Caretakers
This program is for students ages 7 and up who love animals and want to work more closely with them. We’ll spend time learning about goats, alpacas and chickens as we complete animal chores like feeding, collecting eggs, brushing the goats and everyone’s favorite – mucking out the barns! Be prepared to do some real work (and get really dirty!) as part of this special experience.

Family Yoga in the Geodome
Come along for an engaging, interactive yoga series that will stimulate creativity and foster a connection with nature. Join Nora Dybdal for some caregiver and toddler fun in our lovely new Geodesic dome! We’ll dance, sing, hear spring-themed stories, learn poses, and chat together. BYO yoga mats. Tag along baby siblings welcome but please register 1.5-4 year old siblings separately.
Farm Friends
Introduce your little one to the farm! In this series caregivers and children 2-3 years old explore and play in the learning garden together. Each class will have a seasonal theme and hands-on activity. We’ll sing songs, play in the dirt, plant seeds, water, harvest veggies, and visit with the chickens, goats, and alpacas.

Farm Scouts
Get your child outside and active! In this drop-off class series, 6-10 year olds tend to the garden, learn about eco-friendly farm practices, explore and play near the Arlington Reservoir, and spend time caring for the goats, alpacas and chickens.

Art at the Farm
Let’s let life at the farm inspire us! Come play and make art with natural materials and traditional art media. The garden is a rich source of the elements artists use – color, shape, line and texture. Children will use their senses through games, scavenger hunts, drawing, painting and building. Each class will include an open-ended project, time to explore materials through play and visits with the farm animals.
