Lexington Seed Library

unnamedAs the Lexington Seed Library gets ready to launch, Cary Memorial Library is hosting speaker Christie Higginbottom, expert garden consultant and plant historian, on Tuesday, February 24 at 7 p.m. Christie Higginbottom will speak on the importance of saving local heirloom seeds. Higginbottom has worked at Old Sturbridge Village, creating period gardens and preserving heirloom plants, and is a recipient of the Thalassa Cruso Award from the Massachusetts Horticultural Society.

This event will take place in the Large Meeting Room of Cary Memorial Library and is open to all. No registration required.
