On-farm Vinyasa Yoga Class with Wonder Yoga
Tuesdays starting April 27th
Join Wonder Yoga co-owner Nicole Siegel every Tuesday evening from 5:30 – 6:30p at Lexington Community Farm for Breathe, Wonder’s signature all-levels Vinyasa yoga class designed to maximize the feel good vibes. Our intention is to help you feel better in your body, more balanced emotionally and clearer mentally. The sequences change from class to class but are all based on traditional yoga postures linked together by movement and breath. Each class consists of a combination of sun salutations and a variety of stretching, back bending, twisting and balancing postures. These poses are connected by dynamic movements and also include longer holds intended to build strength.
This outdoor class is limited to 20 students. Please bring your own yoga mat and any yoga props you’d like to use. Plan to wear your mask and space at least 6 feet apart. You can use your in studio class packs, memberships or single class purchases for this outdoor class.
Pre-registration is required. No drop-ins will be permitted. Lastly a donation jar will be provided each week; any donations will go directly to support the farm.Sign Up Here
