LexFarm Start-A-Wormbin Workshop
Come learn how to turn your food waste into powerful compost using WORMS!

Making compost with a wormbin, also known as  “vermicomposting”, is a fun, easy, not-as-messy-as-you’d-think way to generate super beneficial amendments to your garden soil using scraps from your kitchen. You’ll come away from this workshop with a fully functioning wormbin that can be kept in your basement, garage, or even right under your sink!

This workshop is sponsored and organized by the Lexington Community Farm Coalition, and will be led by Tai Dinnan, Gardens Coordinator for Groundwork Somerville, a local non-profit that promotes sustainable community development and revitalization.
