These are instructions for those choosing to pay for their 2023 CSA orders by check. Please follow these instructions carefully!
1. Note the following two numbers from your confirmation email (see illustrations)
- Order number – this is your order number for tracking purposes
- Coupon “paywithcheck” amount – this is the total amount you owe
2. Enter the order number in the memo field of the check, so we can credit the correct order.
3. Payment amount
If you are paying in full, make a check in the amount of Coupon “paywithcheck”
If you are paying for your summer vegetable share in two installments, use the calculator below to calculate the amount of your first installment.
Note: this option is only for summer vegetable shares. The full payment for all other share types is due within one week of order!
Checks must be received within seven days.

After we receive your check, we will send you a formal invoice acknowledging your payment. For those paying in two installments, we will send you an email around March 15 requesting the balance. Your second installment will be due on April 1.
