“On behalf of LexFarm’s Board of Directors, I am excited to invite you to the LexFarm 2026 Annual Meeting of Members to be held on March 22, 2026 from 2 pm to 4 pm. This year our Annual Meeting will be held at the Lexington Police Station Community Room at 1575 Massachusetts Avenue. You can access the room through the main police station entrance.
We’ll share a financial report of our successful 2025 growing season, celebrate the many LexFarm supporters from last year, and provide a preview of the upcoming farm season. And of course, members will elect our slate of Directors and Officers. Light refreshments will be served. Please RSVP so that we can prepare for everyone.

Bylaw Amendment
We propose to amend our bylaws to permit appointment of the immediate past president as Advisor to the Executive Committee. The advisory role will provide a continuity of resources and knowledge to the incoming president and assist with the onboarding of the new directors and officers. The past-president advisor will not have a voting seat on the executive committee.
Proposed Amendment: On election of a new President, the immediate past-president shall be appointed by the Board as Advisor to the Executive Committee for a period of at least one year. The Advisor may attend meetings of the Executive Committee from time to time, provide support to the Executive Committee and perform such duties as requested by the President; however, the Advisor has no vote on the Executive Committee.
